I have taught thousand of people over the last four years how to use the Cricut. I have traveled to every major city throughout the United States doing Scrapbooking Show. I'm not a paid employee of Provo Craft. I do not receive free product nor am I a paid Blogger. So I'm able to give you the plain facts without any fluff. What I will say is that the Cricut Expression Machine is the greatest Scrapbooking tool I have ever used.
I knew from the first time I heard about its products and release. I was convinced that it would also change how every person in the future would scrapbook.
Ok enough of the fluff- the purpose of this article today is to give you one simple setting that will make your experience with the Cricut simpler and make your experience more rewarding. My saying! Give me a High Five! Is the Setting for your machine!
Set your Blade depth on the number five setting and then set your speed wheel on High and your change your pressure wheel setting to High also- those of your who know the Cricut expression will understand this. Those of you still using the original machine set your blade on five and your speed and pressure on for like an old western colt 45.
These simple setting will give you high quality cuts 99% of time- remember to check you blade for paper pulp build up, keep it clear and clean.
